Shipping
Gun World charges the direct shipping costs for freight with Australia. The minimum shipping charge is $15 and will vary depending on the item's weight and location. We have identified items in our system that are 'big and bulky' that will incur an extra handling charge. Customers are encouraged to contact us first if they are unsure of the shipping charges and require a quotation for the items.
Gun World Australia uses the Australia Post e-parcel service. A signature will be required on collection.
Shipping times will vary depending on stock levels and shipping options; shipping may take up to 28 days, depending on the location.
For any knives, you will be required to Email us a copy of your photo ID before we ship them.
Dangerous Goods such as ammunition\powder cannot be transported within Australia and are for INSTORE PICKUP ONLY.
For any Firearms parts, you will be required to Email us a copy of your firearms licence.
Firearms Postage will be available in QLD with an email with your firearms licence, or the firearms can be posted to a dealer of your choice.
All out-of-state Firearms postage MUST be sent to a Dealer.
Payment
Payment Deadline
All payments for orders placed through our website must be completed within three (3) calendar days from the date of order placement
Order Cancellation
If payment is not received within this 3-day period, the order will be automatically canceled. Any items associated with the order will be returned to stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Exemptions
If you believe you will need more time to complete payment, please contact our customer support team prior to the deadline. Extensions may be granted at our discretion.
Terms and Conditions
Lay-by Terms: Lay-bys are eight weeks from the arrival date of goods. A minimum 25% deposit is payable on the order of goods & regular fortnightly payments are required. Lay-by cancellations or defaults will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Order Terms: Orders will require a 25% deposit and full payment on arrival of goods. Any goods not paid in full within 14 days of arrival will be returned to stock, and all monies paid will be forfeited.
Gift Vouchers and Store Credits Gift Vouchers Terms: Valid for 12 months from the issue date. A voucher must be present upon redemption. Not redeemable for cash or other payment types.
Store Credits: There is no time limit for redeeming store credits. Store credits are not redeemable for cash or any other payment type.
